The Center dashboard is the main landing page of the Center platform. It displays all exam centers in a single list view, giving you a quick overview of each center’s status, location, exam types, room count, and upcoming booking activity. In this article, you will learn what each element on the Center dashboard represents and how to navigate it.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:
  • Logged in with the appropriate role credentials (Center Admin, Center Manager, Proctor Lead, or Proctor) to reflect that other roles can also perform candidate actions.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Center dashboard After logging in, you’ll land on the Centers page. This is the main dashboard that lists all centers in your organization. 2. Review center details Each row in the table represents a center. The columns are:
  • Center name - the name of the center.
  • Status - either Active (green) or Inactive (grey). Active centers can accept bookings; inactive centers cannot.
  • Location - for physical centers, this shows the city and country code with a blue map pin icon (e.g., “Bengaluru, IND”). For virtual/remote centers, this shows a globe icon with “Remote.”
  • Exam type - the exam formats supported at the center, shown as badges: CBT (Computer-Based Test), PBT (Paper-Based Test), or both.
  • Rooms - the total number of rooms configured for the center.
  • 14 day distribution - an activity graph showing booking activity over the next 14 days. Each bar represents one day, taller bars mean more bookings. A number at the end shows the total booking count for the 14-day period.
3. Search for a center Click the Search (Ctrl+K) bar for Windows and (Cmd+K) for Mac at the top right and type a center name. The list filters in real time as you type. 4. Filter centers Click the Filter icon (next to the search bar) to open the filter panel. You can filter by:
  • Center status - Active or Inactive.
  • Exam type - Computer-Based Test (CBT) or Paper-Based Test (PBT).
  • Location - filter by city or region.
Use the search field within the filter panel to quickly find a specific filter option. 5. Export center data Click the Export button at the top right to download the center list as a CSV spreadsheet. Any active filters will be applied to the export. 6. Navigate between pages If you have more centers than the page can display, use the page controls at the bottom right to move between pages. You can adjust the Rows per page setting (default is 50).
