The Workflow tab (candidate view) allows you to quickly locate and manage candidates using search and filter options.

Searching for a Candidate

  1. Go to the Centers section.
  2. Select the required center.
  3. Open the relevant Workflow tab.
  4. Use the Search bar at the top right.
  5. Enter the candidate’s name, email, or ID.
The list will automatically update to show matching results.

Available Filters

You can filter candidates based on:
  • Status (e.g., Checked-in, In Progress, Completed)
  • Slot Time
  • Allocated Room
  • Allocated Seat
  • Exam Date

Applying Filters

  1. Click on the Filter icon next to the search bar.
  2. Select the required filter criteria.
  3. Apply the filters to refine the list.

Using Search and Filters Together

You can combine search and filters to narrow down results more effectively.
For example, search for a candidate and then filter by status or exam date.
