🚀 September 2026 Release Highlights
The September 2026 release delivers enhancements across Workflow Tools, Interview Rooms, Proctoring, Assessment Engine & Candidate Experience, and Admin, introducing bulk candidate actions, automated resume fitment, new exam creation tools, expanded assessment provider support, and improved form reliability.Workflow Tools Updates
- Bulk Actions: Recruiters can now act on multiple candidates at once from an action dock at the bottom of the candidate list, with step-specific actions including Invite, Schedule, Change Status, Assign Evaluator, and Cancel Interview.
- Resume Fitment Criteria Auto-Generated: Essential, Preferred, and Optional fitment criteria are now auto-generated from the job description when a workflow is created.
- New Workflow Automation Rules: Three new automation rules for Resume Fitment progression, evaluation status bubble-up, and inactive candidate handling.
Interview Rooms Updates
- Reliability improvements to transcription and insights workflow, including retry on ID collision, timeout fixes, and transcript regeneration support.
Proctoring Updates
- New Exam Creation Templates: Eight exam creation templates and two center templates are now available for different proctoring setups.
- Approve Enrollment: Coordinators can now approve candidates individually or in bulk, moving them to Enrolled.
- Face Verification in Candidate Timeline: Face capture is now shown in the candidate timeline with a dedicated face check section.
- Clearer Incident Identification: Incidents are now labeled with a sequential number and time range.
- Duplicate Incident Prevention: The system now checks for overlapping incidents when a new one is reported manually.
Assessment Engine & Candidate Experience Updates
- Client-Specific Accounts for External Assessment Providers: Clients can now run invites and results through their own provider account for iMocha, IKM, and Psymetrics.
- Example Questions in Bulk Import Template: The bulk import template now includes filled-in example rows for each question type.
- Clearer Question Status Labels: Question statuses now have distinct colors and consistent labels across all views.
Admin Updates
- Reliability improvements to form publishing, including a publishing safeguard and fixes across form save operations, validation errors, and rendering issues.
