🚀 October 2026 Release Highlights
The October 2026 release delivers enhancements across Workflow Tools, Interview Rooms, Admin, and Proctoring, with a focus on evaluation controls, bulk candidate actions, candidate accommodations, and recording reliability.Workflow Tools Updates
- Skill Ratings and Evaluator Scores: Evaluators can rate each configured skill and see a live overall score, and recruiters see every evaluator’s ratings in the candidate panel.
- Evaluation Form Fields as Columns: Evaluation answers can be added as workflow columns and included in exports.
- Download Submitted Forms as PDF: Evaluation and registration forms can be downloaded as PDFs.
- Global Candidate View: Recruiters can bulk invite and bulk schedule candidates, customize columns, and use advanced filters.
- New Automation Rules: Automation can send screening forms with reminders and hold flagged candidates for review.
- Interviewer Empanelment: A candidate’s referrer is no longer offered as an interviewer.
- Evaluation Edit Window: Submitted evaluations can be edited for a set window, 72 hours by default, and then lock.
- Final Step Selection: Select on the final step is available only after every earlier step is evaluated.
Interview Rooms Updates
- Recording Reliability: Session recordings with a missing or incomplete duration are now repaired automatically.
Admin Updates
- Form Status Handling: Form instances now support Draft, Submitted, and Archived statuses.
- Duplicate User Check: Admin now checks for an existing user before a new user is created.
Proctoring Updates
- Candidate Accommodations: Coordinators can grant time, permitted item, assistive technology, and movement accommodations to candidates.
- Center Capacity: Center capacity now sets the slot capacity for new slots and exams.
- Booking Notifications: Candidates receive emails when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled.
- Enrollment Rejection Reasons: Coordinators now select Rejected or Withdrawn by Candidate when rejecting an enrollment.
