🚀 July 2026 Release Highlights
The July 2026 release delivers enhancements across Workflow Tools, Interview Rooms, Proctoring, Assessment Engine & Candidate Experience, and Admin, introducing improved candidate visibility across workflows, expanded coordinator tools, new Form Builder capabilities, and platform reliability improvements.Workflow Tools Updates
- “All” View Candidate Side Panel: Recruiters can now view a candidate’s full workflow journey across Screening, Assessment, and Interview in a single unified side panel.
- Ivy Call Transcription: Recruiters can now read a full transcript of Ivy AI calls directly from the Call History tab.
Proctoring Updates
- Session Timeline in Summary Report: The session summary report now includes a session timeline with key events including pauses, extensions, suspensions, and disconnections.
- Proctor Lead Session Entry: Proctor leads can now join active slots directly from their sessions screen.
- Calendar View in Assessment Tab: Coordinators can now switch between a candidate view and a calendar view within a fixed slot assessment step tab.
- Enrollment List Filters and Search: Coordinators can now search and filter the enrollment list by name, email, status, payment, and more.
- Voucher Management Filters: Coordinators can now filter vouchers by discount value, expiry date, and creation date.
- Deepfake Detection Configuration: Coordinators can now enable deepfake detection when creating or updating an onboarding flow.
Interview Rooms Updates
- Auto Screen Share Conflict Resolution: When a new participant starts sharing their screen, the previous participant’s share now stops automatically.
- Improved Transcription Accuracy: Soniox transcript accuracy has been improved for sessions with non-English speech.
Assessment Engine & Candidate Experience Updates
- Bug fixes across assessment duration, Longform timer, persona changes, question images, and browser back button behavior.
Admin (Forms) Updates
- Form Builder: Forms list, response management, version history, and new form creation are now available, with inline title renaming and PDF download support.
