🚀 August 2026 Release Highlights
The August 2026 release delivers enhancements across Workflow Tools, Interview Rooms, Assessment Engine & Candidate Experience, and Admin, introducing improved notification controls, expanded candidate visibility, new Form Builder capabilities, and platform reliability improvements.Workflow Tools Updates
- Notification Preferences: Users can now control which notifications they receive and on which channel from a dedicated Notifications Preferences page under Settings.
- Previous Assessment Attempts: Recruiters can now review all previous assessment attempts for a candidate directly from the Assessment side panel.
- Additional Fields & Column Picker: Workflows now carry a wider set of structured fields with a column picker that saves per user and carries across workflows.
- Global Candidate View: Education, work experience, and Resume Fitment status are now available as columns in the Global Candidate View.

Interview Rooms Updates
- Soniox Transcription Accuracy: Resolved language identification hallucinations and addressed rate-limit and concurrency constraints.
Assessment Engine & Candidate Experience Updates
- Exit Confirmation for Test Sessions: Candidates now get a browser warning before accidentally leaving an active test.
- Retakes Off by Default: Question-level retakes are now disabled by default for new asynchronous assessment sections.
- Editing Disabled for Published Assessments: Assessments can no longer be edited once published.
Admin (Forms) Updates
- Form Builder: Video Capture field, field instructions, autosave and draft resume, new form publish flow, backend search on dropdowns, and PDF export are now available.
