🚀 April 2026 Release Highlights
The April 2026 release delivers enhancements across Workflow Tools, Interview Rooms, Assessment Engine, and Proctoring, with a focus on candidate readiness, session management, and platform reliability.Workflow Tools Enhancements
- System Check Embedded in Candidate Emails: Candidates now see a device and connectivity check prompt in their Talview emails, helping them verify their setup before an interview or assessment.
Assessment Engine & Candidate Experience Updates
- Cleaner Assessment Emails: The “Estimated Duration” field no longer appears in emails when no duration is configured, ensuring candidates receive accurate communications.
Proctoring Updates
- Suspend Sessions and Add Notes: Proctors can now suspend candidate sessions and add internal notes directly from the monitoring dashboard.
- Incident Timeline Visualization: Flagged events within an incident can now be viewed by hovering over incident markers on the session timeline.
- Candidate Session Profile and Actions: Center admins can view detailed candidate session profiles and take candidate-level actions directly from the console.
- Moodle 5.1 Support: Talview now supports Moodle version 5.1 with all proctoring types and secure browser capabilities.
Interview Rooms Updates
- CodeJam - Migrated to Judge0 Execution Engine: Code execution is now faster and more reliable, with a seamless migration from JDoodle to Judge0.
- VR Session Recording Report: A dedicated recording report is now available for Video Room sessions.
