🚀 May 2026 Release Highlights
The May 2026 release delivers enhancements across Workflow Tools, Interview Rooms, and Proctoring, with a focus on automated evaluator reminders, data-driven candidate shortlisting, and improved code execution reliability.Workflow Tools Enhancements
- Workflow Automation: Auto-Remind Evaluators: Automated reminder emails are now sent to evaluators at 24h, 48h, and 72h after candidate assignment if evaluation remains incomplete, across Screening, Assessment, and Interview steps.
- Assessment: Section-Level Score Columns and Filters: Recruiters can now view and filter candidates by individual section scores in the Assessment step candidate list.
Proctoring Updates
- Sentry Initialization for Proctored Sessions Only: Sentry error monitoring is now scoped to proctoring-active quizzes only and will not initialize for non-proctored quizzes.
- Enable Password Injection Setting: A new setting gives instructors explicit control over password injection in proctored quizzes, removing the need for manual password sharing outside of Moodle.
Interview Rooms Enhancements
- Code Runner: JDoodle Fallback: CodeJam now falls back to JDoodle if Judge0 is unreachable, ensuring uninterrupted code execution.
- Code Runner: Compiler Version Upgrade: Updated to the latest compiler and interpreter versions across all supported languages.
- In-Progress Session Playback: Recruiters and coordinators can now view session recordings while still in progress.
