Once a candidate is checked in, a seat can be assigned to ensure they are placed in the correct room for the exam.

Steps to Assign a Seat

  1. Go to the Centers section.
  2. Select the required center.
  3. Open the relevant Workflow tab.
  4. Click on the candidate’s name to open the Candidate Details panel.
  5. Click on Check-In

Assigning the Seat

  1. In the Candidate Check-In, locate the Seat Allocation section.
  2. Click on the edit (pencil) icon next to the seat details.
  3. Select:
    • Room
    • Available Seat
  4. Confirm the selection.

What Happens After Assignment

  • The selected seat is assigned to the candidate.
  • The seat status changes from Available to Occupied.
  • Capacity is updated automatically.
  • The assigned room and seat number are reflected in the candidate details.

Note
  • Only available seats can be assigned.
  • Seats that are occupied, blocked, or inactive cannot be selected.
  • Ensure the correct room and seat are chosen before confirming.
