Talview’s assessment view gives you the tools to manage candidates in a session based on their current status. In this article, you will learn how to view and take action on candidates directly from the assessment tab.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to the Centers list and click on the specific center you want to manage candidates for.
  2. Click on the Assessment tab.
  3. Click on the candidate’s name to view the available actions for that candidate. The actions available will depend on the candidate’s current status:
    • Registered
      • View Profile - view the candidate’s profile details.
      • Check In - check the candidate in to their assessment.
      • Decline Booking - decline the candidate’s booking for the session.
      • Mark as Absent - record that the candidate didn’t attend their assessment.
    • Checked-In
      • View Profile - view the candidate’s profile details.
      • Re Check-In - check the candidate in again if needed.
      • Decline Booking - decline the candidate’s booking for the session.
      • Mark as Absent - record that the candidate didn’t attend their assessment.
      • Report Incident - log an incident related to the candidate during the session.
    • No Show
      • View Profile - view the candidate’s profile details.
      • Check In - check the candidate in to their assessment.
      • Decline Booking - decline the candidate’s booking for the session.
      • Mark as Absent - record that the candidate didn’t attend their assessment.

Additional Tips
  • The Report Incident action is only available for candidates with a Checked-In status.
  • If a candidate’s status doesn’t look right, try refreshing the page before taking any action.
