| Selected device not applying after change | Keep the interview tab in focus and wait a few seconds after selecting the device. Avoid rapid switching. |
| Browser permissions modified or revoked | Verify camera and microphone permissions via the browser lock icon and reload the Live interview. |
| Device already used by another application | Close background apps (Teams, Zoom, Meet, recording tools) before or during the interview. |
| Newly connected device not recognized | Refresh the Live inetrview to allow the browser to detect the new device. |
| High system load affecting device handoff | Close unnecessary applications and tabs to free system resources. |
| Browser cache or compatibility issues | Use a supported browser and clear cache and cookies before joining the interview. |
