Candidate facing technical issuesContact the candidate to check if they are experiencing device, browser, or connectivity problems and assist or reschedule if needed.
Incorrect or expired interview linkVerify the interview details and resend a valid interview link to the candidate.
Time zone mismatchConfirm the candidate’s time zone and reschedule the interview if there was a misunderstanding.
Candidate running lateWait 5–10 minutes before marking the interview as a no-show and attempt to contact the candidate.
Internal scheduling or communication errorReconfirm interview details internally and share corrected information with the candidate.
