Step-by-step Guide:
Step 1: Access the workflow dashboard
- Navigate to the Workflows section from the main menu.
- Select the workflow that contains the candidate whose interview needs to be rescheduled.
- Click the Interview stage to view candidates scheduled for interviews.
- Choose the candidate whose interview you want to reschedule.
- In the side panel, scroll to the bottom and click Reschedule.
Step 2: Configure New Interview Details
- A pop-up window appears with rescheduling options.
- Update the date and time as required.
- Click Proceed to confirm the changes.
- You can send an updated interview invitation to the candidate if needed.
Both the candidate and the interviewer will automatically receive an email notification with the updated interview date and time.
Step 3: Confirm Rescheduling
- After confirmation, a notification appears indicating successful rescheduling.
- Refresh the page to view the changes and ensure the new interview schedule is correctly applied.
Key Outcome: The interview schedule is successfully updated in the system, and all participants are notified automatically — ensuring clarity and avoiding missed meetings.
