Signed in with the wrong email accountLog out of all email and browser accounts, then sign in using the email address that received the interview invite.
Unsupported browser or deviceUse the latest version of Chrome or Edge. Clear cache and try opening the link again, or use Incognito/Private mode.
Network restrictions or VPN enabledDisable VPN or proxy services and switch to a home network or mobile hotspot if possible.
Temporary platform unavailabilityCheck with the recruiter for any platform updates or wait a few minutes before retrying.

  • Always open the interview link directly from the original invitation email.
  • Avoid opening the link from forwarded emails or messaging apps.
  • Restart your browser or device if the link does not respond.
