| Email response not mapped | If you RSVP’d by email reply (e.g., typing “Yes”/ “No”), the system may not have parsed it. Always use the RSVP buttons in the invite email body or in the ICS file. |
| Multiple accounts or aliases | If you responded using a secondary email (alias or personal ID), the system may not match it to your interviewer profile. Ensure you reply with the same work email registered in Talview. |
| System sync delay | Occasionally, RSVP updates take a short time to appear in the recruiter dashboard. Refresh your calendar and confirm again after a few minutes. |
| Invite link mismatch | If the interview was rescheduled and you responded to the old invite, the status may not reflect. Double-check that you responded to the latest calendar invite. |
