This article guides recruiters and master recruiters on how to view and manage interview schedules within Talview’s Workflow Tools. Monitoring scheduled interviews helps ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interviewers, supporting efficient recruitment operations.

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Access the workflow dashboard

  • Navigate to the Workflows section from the main menu.
  • Select the workflow where the interviews have been scheduled.

2. Viewing the scheduled interviews

  • Once you open the desired workflow, you’ll land on the candidate invite list within that workflow.
  • Click on the relevant Interview Step to view scheduled interviews.
  • You can now see the list of candidates with interviews scheduled under this step, along with key details such as interview time and assigned interviewers.

You can use the search bar to quickly locate specific candidates or interview slots, helping streamline review and coordination.
