Interview audio looping through speakersUse a headset instead of external speakers. If speakers are in use, reduce output volume immediately.
Incorrect audio device configuredVerify the correct microphone and speaker are selected in system audio settings and within the interview room.
High microphone input levelLower microphone gain in system settings and position the microphone away from speakers.
Echo cancellation turned offEnable echo cancellation or noise suppression in audio or browser settings, where supported.
Multiple active audio devicesEnsure only one device is connected for audio. Ask the candidate to mute or disconnect secondary devices if required.
