If your video becomes slow, frozen, or unstable while conducting a Live interview, this checklist helps you identify and fix browser, system, and network issues in Talview.

Inconsistent network connectionUse a wired Ethernet connection or stable Wi-Fi, move closer to the router, and stop background network usage.
Browser resource limitationsUpdate your browser, clear cache and cookies, and reopen the interview room.
High system loadClose unnecessary applications and tabs, then restart the browser or device if needed.
VPN, firewall, or corporate proxyDisable VPN or proxy services and switch to an unrestricted network if permitted.
Camera in use by another appEnsure no other video or screen-recording applications are running before starting the interview.

Additional tips:

  • Restart your device before back-to-back interviews.
  • Use a dedicated browser profile with minimal extensions.
  • Avoid running multiple interview rooms simultaneously.
