Web Interview Requirements

Hardware:

  • RAM: Minimum 4GB; Recommended 8GB for smooth performance.
  • Processor: At least a dual-core processor (x86-64 compatible) at 2 GHz, such as Intel® Core™ i3, AMD Ryzen™ 3, or Apple M1. For best results, use a quad-core processor at 2.5 GHz or higher (e.g., Intel® Core™ i5, AMD Ryzen™ 5).
  • Graphics: 512MB internal / 1GB external graphics memory required; 1GB internal / 1.5GB external recommended.
  • Multimedia Support:
    • Functional sound card
    • Inbuilt or external microphone
    • Webcam capable of at least 15fps with 320x240 resolution in color (HD webcam recommended for clarity).

Software:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 and above, Linux (officially supported), or macOS 12.7.2 and above.
  • Browser: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox (support extends to the latest - 3 versions).

Mobile Interview Requirements

For candidates attending interviews via the mobile app:
  • Operating System: Minimum Android 8.0 (Oreo) or iOS 13; recommended Android 12 or iOS 15 and above.
  • RAM: At least 3GB; 4GB or higher is preferred.
  • Storage: Ensure at least 200MB of free space (500MB recommended).
  • Camera: Rear or front camera with minimum 5MP; front-facing 8MP+ recommended for video assessments.
  • Audio: Inbuilt microphone and speaker; a noise-cancelling headset is recommended for better clarity.

Bandwidth Requirement

  • Minimum: 1 Mbps upload and 1 Mbps download.
  • Recommended: 2 Mbps upload and 2 Mbps download. A stable internet connection is crucial to avoid lags or disconnections during the session.
