Unsupported or outdated browserUpdate your browser to the latest version or switch to a supported browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
Corrupted browser cache or cookiesClear cache and cookies from your browser settings, then reload the interview page.
Required browser permissions blockedClick the lock icon in the address bar, allow camera and microphone access, and refresh the page.
Browser extensions interferingDisable extensions temporarily or open the interview in Incognito/Private mode.
VPN or network restrictionsTurn off VPN or proxy services and switch to a personal or home network if possible.
Too many applications runningClose unused apps and browser tabs, then restart the browser or device.
Antivirus or firewall blocking accessTemporarily allow the interview URL through security software if it is safe to do so.

Additional tips:

  • Join the interview a few minutes early to verify the page loads correctly.
  • Use a stable internet connection with consistent speed.
  • Avoid refreshing the page repeatedly while it is loading.
