🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues
| What might be wrong | How to fix it |
|---|---|
| Browser is outdated or unsupported | Update to the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. On macOS, use the latest Safari version for interviews only. |
| Operating system version is incompatible | Upgrade to Windows 10 or later, or one of the latest three macOS versions. |
| Camera, microphone, or screen permissions are blocked | Allow access in browser settings and reload the page. Close other apps using the camera or mic. |
| Browser extensions interfering | Disable ad blockers, VPNs, privacy tools, or screen-recording extensions, then restart the browser. |
| Secure browser does not launch | Reinstall the secure browser and add it to antivirus or firewall exceptions. Run as Administrator on Windows. |
| Unsupported device warning | Switch to a desktop or laptop with a supported browser. Use the mobile app only if instructed. |
