Browser is outdated or unsupportedUpdate to the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. On macOS, use the latest Safari version for interviews only.
Operating system version is incompatibleUpgrade to Windows 10 or later, or one of the latest three macOS versions.
Camera, microphone, or screen permissions are blockedAllow access in browser settings and reload the page. Close other apps using the camera or mic.
Browser extensions interferingDisable ad blockers, VPNs, privacy tools, or screen-recording extensions, then restart the browser.
Secure browser does not launchReinstall the secure browser and add it to antivirus or firewall exceptions. Run as Administrator on Windows.
Unsupported device warningSwitch to a desktop or laptop with a supported browser. Use the mobile app only if instructed.

  • Avoid joining from incognito or private mode unless specifically instructed.
