1️⃣ User Onboarding: Welcome Email Description: New users invited to Talview now receive a structured welcome email containing login instructions and getting-started resources. What’s New- Templated welcome email triggered on user invite.

🐞 Bug Fixes
1️⃣ Workflow Tools: Platform Stability- Candidate side panel issues including white-page errors and exam name not persisting.
- Ivy Call session status not updating on session end, and Ivy video and report generation failures.
- Delays in voucher generation and intermittent assessment invite email failures.
- Duplicate automation triggers causing repeat notifications.
- Resume parsing reliability issues including slow parsing and stuck-in-pending states.
- OTP delivery delays, self-scheduling confirmation emails, and no-show reschedule flow issues.

Proctoring Updates
This month, we introduced enhancements focused on expanded session review capabilities, proctor visibility, and coordinator access.Center/Proctor Management (V8)
🆕 Features
1️⃣ Submissions & Evidence in Summary Report Description: The session summary report now includes candidate submissions and incident video evidence. What’s New- Face Capture and ID Verification results with pass/fail statuses now visible in the report.
- Each incident displays video clips captured at the time, viewable inline or in a full-screen modal.
- Covers candidate details, onboarding checks, incidents, exam rules, and candidate chat history.
- Acknowledge, dismiss, modify severity, and recalculate the risk index outcome directly from the player.
- Playback controls and a skip inactive toggle to move through recordings efficiently.
- Slot cards show schedule details, proctoring type, and candidate accommodations.
- Online sessions show a Join Now button; in-center sessions show a Start Session button.
- Select an event type and confirm the timestamp.
- Manually added events shown with a blue dot and factored into risk index recalculation.
- Fill in timestamp, event type, severity, and description.
- New incident factored into the risk index outcome recalculation.
⚙️ Enhancement
1️⃣ 360 Environment Scan in Session Summary Report Description: The session summary report now includes the candidate’s 360 environment scan submission, viewable via an image carousel. What’s New- Previous submissions accessible via a View previous submissions toggle if the candidate rejoined.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- “Feed unavailable” message incorrectly appearing across different stream states. Each scenario now shows an accurate message with a timestamp or retry option where relevant.
Coordinator Console (V8)
🆕 Features
1️⃣ Enrollments List Description: Coordinators can now view candidates invited to enroll for an exam, with access to registration details through the timeline view. 2️⃣ Exam Results Description: Coordinators can view all candidates who have completed exams, including risk index, exam score, session summary report, playback, and ID verification result. 3️⃣ Candidate Profile: Timeline Description: Clicking on any candidate displays a detailed profile covering session summary, registration details, exam scores, ID verification, and guardian consent information. What’s New- Access session summary report, playback, registration details, exam scores, ID verification, and guardian consent.
Interview Rooms Enhancements
This month, we introduced enhancements focused on expanded language support, code execution improvements, and session stability.🆕 Features
1️⃣ CodeJam: Perl Language Support Description: Perl is now available as a supported programming language in CodeJam, allowing candidates to write, run, and test Perl code directly within live interview sessions. What’s New- Perl is supported on both Judge0 and JDoodle execution engines, with JDoodle as the fallback.
- Candidates and interviewers see accurate, up-to-date version labels for Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, and others.
⚙️ Enhancements
1️⃣ Judge0 as Default Execution EngineJudge0 is now the default code execution engine in CodeJam, with JDoodle as the fallback. 2️⃣ Playback: Blank Screen at Recording Start Fixed
The player now starts rendering immediately when opening session playback, instead of showing a blank screen. 3️⃣ Login: Temporary Redirect Flash Fixed
Users are no longer briefly redirected back to the login page after entering their password. 4️⃣ 360 Room Scan: Promotional UI Removed
The “New” badge and feature guide popup for 360 Room Scan have been removed now that the feature is stable.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Session join issues including mobile app authentication errors, camera access errors, and incorrect invite redirect flows.
- Null meeting URL issue for invite flows preventing users from joining sessions.
- Incomplete transcript issue for a staging session.
Assessment Engine & Candidate Experience Updates
This month, we focused on improved assessment authoring capabilities and platform-wide default changes.🆕 Features
1️⃣ Skill Creation and Management Description: Skills can now be created, organised, and tagged directly in the Assessment Engine via a dedicated side panel, with search, pagination, edit, and delete support. What’s New- Add skills with a name and optional description, with instant validation to prevent duplicates.
- View all skills in a paginated table showing skill name, description, and creator.
- Edit or delete skills as needed. Skills linked to questions are protected from accidental deletion.
- Search skills by name, with 10 skills displayed per page.
- The field is now labelled “Section time (mins)” and accepts the total time for the entire section.
- The total time shown on the assessment overview page updates automatically based on the new model.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Long-form editor slash menu closing automatically, preventing candidates from inserting content blocks.
- Code snippet option cards rendered in a narrow container, cutting off answer content with no scroll indicator.
- Ivy Avatar Builder illustration showing a loader indefinitely instead of the correct image.
