✉️ Invite Email Enhancement A confirmation link has been added to interview invite emails, allowing interviewers to confirm their attendance with a single click. This helps recruiters track confirmations and manage scheduling more effectively. 🎥 IR Playback View Integration with Workflow Tools Recruiters can now access and playback Interview Rooms session recordings directly within Workflow Tools. This integration enhances efficiency in reviewing completed interviews and streamlining evaluations. 📝 Recruiter Evaluation Recruiters can now submit structured evaluations directly within the platform, ensuring consistent and detailed feedback for improved hiring decisions. Candidate Experience Updates

✉️ Invite Email Enhancement to Include ‘Confirm’ Link A confirmation link in interview invite emails allows candidates to confirm attendance with one click, helping recruiters and hiring managers reduce no-shows and improve scheduling efficiency. 📅 Multiple Slot Booking for Payment Candidates can now book multiple slots for the same certification or SKU without waiting for the previous slot to pass or be canceled. This enhances scheduling flexibility and reduces last-minute reschedule requests. 🌍 Saving the Candidate Timezone Against the Slots The platform now automatically detects and stores candidates’ timezones, ensuring interview schedules, assessments, and notifications are displayed in local time. This reduces scheduling errors, minimizes confusion, and decreases support requests related to timezone mismatches. 📜 Showing Custom Terms and Conditions Organizations can now dynamically display custom terms and privacy policy links to candidates. This ensures compliance, enhances flexibility, and provides a seamless, consistent candidate experience. 🔗 Standalone Form Using Public Link Candidates can now apply through a public standalone form without needing an invitation, allowing recruiters to expand their talent pool and streamline the application process.

Interview Room Updates

📲 Secondary camera Enhance live interviews with a secondary camera, providing additional visual perspectives to better assess the candidate’s environment or demonstrate specific tasks. Interviewers can now use a secondary camera in live interviews and access the job description within the Interview Room (WFT). Attendee Experience

⏯️ Pause and Resume a Proctored Session

• When a proctor has paused a student’s proctored session, an appropriate message will appear on candidate’s screen
• The student won’t be be able to access the exam window while their session is paused

• Along with the screen, an automatic message is also sent to the attendee in their chat.

🛜 Resolving connectivity issues via speed test, diagnostics, and Refresh button

• The error page displayed to candidate, when their internet connection is disrupted or if there is a disconnection with the video streaming provider has been updated.
• The page now contains links to test their internet speed as well as run video diagnostics.
• This page and the content within is translatable into proview supported languages

💬 Updated disconnection error message when session is paused When a candidate’s session is paused by the proctor, but then faces streaming disconnection or internet connectivity errors, an appropriate message will now be displayed. 🚩 AI flags to be paused when the session is paused Following flags will not be raised when the session is paused, avoiding the false flagging when the session is paused.

Proctor Dashboard

⏸️ Pause and Resume a proctored session

• Proctors can now pause and resume an active session.
• Whenever the proctor pauses or resumes a session, that action will trigger a message to be sent to the student via chat.
• When the proctor/test admin performs the action of pausing or resuming a proctored session, the same will now get logged in the alerts section under Debug.
• When a proctor has paused a student’s proctored session, the camera and screen video streams will continue, but alerts will not get logged.

🖇️ Add additional parameters when created a new wrapper link The wrapper link creation form has been updated to include the additional parameters.

• The accommodations in key value pairs can be specified at a session level.
• The additional properties in key value pairs can be specified at the attendee level.

Integrations

⌘ Integration with Thinkific and Cornerstone LMS Proview proctoring is now integrated with two new LMS platforms - Thinkific & cornerstone, following the browser extension approach. 🈂️ Language selection for extension installation If a candidate hasn’t installed the proview browser extension, when they try to attempt a proctored quz in Canvas & Thinkific LMS, they are presented with a message.

• This message contains a warning as well as installation instructions for the extension.
• This installation message is now translatable into proview supported languages via its selection from the dropdown menu.
