🛬 Alvy will not flag test taker during the preflight checksTest takers will no longer be monitored and flagged during preflight checks, to avoid any false flags. Test takers may need additional assistance before they start their exam🛜 Handling streaming disconnection mid sessionIf the test taker disconnects with the internet or with the video streaming provider, then a attempt to reconnect from the backend is made.
Within 30 seconds of disconnection, the first reconnect attempt will be made.
The second reconnect attempt will be made after 60 seconds of disconnection, when the first attempt fails.
When both attempts to reconnect from backend fails, the candidate is presented with an error screen. Once they’ve resolved issues and the connection is restored, they click on “Refresh” button and can proceed from where they left off.
