  1. Face Detection Alert logging Face detection alert now logs only when there is Face not detected in an interval of 10 seconds, reducing false trigger of alerts within short time duration.
  2. Mobile Supported Browsers Proview is now supported on mobile devices running Android and iOS, specifically on Chrome and Edge browsers. If an attendee attempts to use any other browser, such as Safari, they will receive an error message indicating that the browser is not supported and will be prompted to switch to one of the supported browsers
Bug fixes
  1. Default branding color and logo removed from error screens when organization branding and logo is enabled in order to maintain the brand theme even when API fails and brand colour and logo are not available.
  2. The assessment continues from the point of disconnection when the secondary camera reconnects instead of restarting from preflight checks all over again.
  3. When network disconnects, the candidates are asked to manually refresh the page. This will avoid the loss of video which was happening earlier.
  4. The error message for Proview loading now indicates an issue with video or audio stream availability and suggests refreshing the page, clarifying the next steps to attendee.
  5. Attendees can proceed without needing to grant notification permissions if notifications are blocked.
  6. The “Primary camera recording stopped” alert is now triggered immediately upon disconnection.

Enhancements
  1. Proview configurations for AI Lite Video recording and Screen recording are now configurable flags enabling the clients to proctor attendees and get only screen grabs and camera grabs, while generating all flag as usual. Video recording and screen recording will not be available. Image(35) Pn
Note: For clients who want to use AI Lite, disable both video recording and screen recording flags for that particular Proview token through API.
Known issue: If video recording is OFF and screen recording is ON, currently screen recording also is not available. This will be picked in the next iteration.
  2. LMS Dashboard - Date filter Users can now filter quizzes based on the event dates that have been set for the quizzes. Datefilter Pn
  3. LMS Dashboard - Syncing candidate details across quizzes It’s now possible to multi select quizzes and sync the attendee details in one shot.
  4. Alert name & Description in the alert logs For advanced AI alerts, we now generate an alert with a short description of the potential issue. This information can be viewed in the alert logs. Note that the advanced AI alerts can only be viewed in the ‘Debug’ section currently.
  5. Restrict Username Login for SSO-Enabled Accounts For accounts configured with Single Sign-On (SSO), a new setting is available to prevent users from logging in with a username and password. To enable this feature, include the following parameter in the user creation API: "is_sso_only_user": true
Known Issue: Users in SSO-enabled accounts with the above configuration are currently shown an incorrect error message when attempting to log in using a username and password.
Bug fixes Not getting alert “Candidate on Good Bandwidth” Issue: In Livekit, Candidate on Good Bandwidth alert is not triggering. Solution: We have made the necessary fix to ensure the debug alert ‘Candidate on Good Bandwidth’ triggers whenever the candidate is on good bandwidth.

Proview Console V8

  1. Project Dashboard After creating a project, tenant admins can view and edit project details and access all configured flows (onboarding experience for attendees). The dashboard provides a concise summary, including the hosting location and a short project description. Screenshot2024 06 19at5 02 24PM Pn How is this beneficial to the customer? The lack of a consolidated project dashboard results in increased administrative overhead, reduced productivity, and a higher dependency on our tech support team. This inefficiency negatively affects project management and oversight, potentially impacting the overall effectiveness and satisfaction of the customer. By providing an interface for customers they become self-sufficient to create and set up different projects and flows as per their need.
Note: Project creation workflows are expected as part of the next release.
  2. Flow Creation Tenant admins have three options for configuring flows within a project: creating a new flow from scratch, using a template, or duplicating an existing flow. Flowcreationtrio Pn How is this beneficial to the customer? Flows define the onboarding experience for test-takers. With this configurable interface, customers can tailor the onboarding process to meet the specific needs of different exams, eliminating the need to rely on our tech support team for setup. This autonomy enhances efficiency and flexibility, allowing customers to quickly adapt to varying requirements.
Note: Flow configurations will be part of the next release.
  3. Flows List Table All flows created under a project can be accessed in the flows list table. This table includes information on who last updated the flow and when, the version, and the status. Users can access a specific flow by clicking on its name. Screenshot2024 06 19at5 35 12PM Pn How is this beneficial to the customer? Customers can easily get an overview of all flows configured under a project. These flows can be assigned to different exams based on the specific requirements of each exam, providing flexibility and streamlined management.
