Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements rolled out in March 2024 across Talview’s Orchestration Platform (TOP) – including Workflow Tools, Candidate Experience, Interview Rooms, and Proview (Proctoring)
Evaluation 360 enhancementsMarch update for Evaluation 360 views introduced features where the evaluators can view other evaluations for a comprehensive candidate assessment and can also keep the candidates on hold. Live interviews, including recordings, evaluations, and participant data, are now accessible. Seamless navigation between candidates has been introduced with the next and previous buttons. Evaluation forms are locked post-completion to ensure data integrity (this is based on org-level configuration).
Async interviews come with transcripts and timestamp navigation (this can be enabled at an organizational level without TBI also). Evaluators can now set their availability for interviews directly from the Evaluation 360 views, which have been renamed for improved visibility.Intelligent Scheduler enhancementsIntelligent scheduler (with Workflow Tools) now supports certification processes, allowing candidates to book and reschedule slots for certifications based on a configurable flag. Candidates receive notifications about their registration and slots through certification-specific email templates, with their country automatically filled based on location while registering.
Additionally, candidate authentication is now supported for intelligent scheduler-scheduled interviews, ensuring secure and efficient interviewing.Read about this more here: Drive - Certification SupportRecording flexibility on RecruitRecruit now offers enhanced recording flexibility for live interviews, empowering organizations to tailor their compliance and auditing requirements. This feature can be toggled on or off at both the organizational and individual recruiter levels, granting recruiters the discretion to decide whether to record interviews during the scheduling process.

The latest update to our Proview Wrapper Proctoring system can seamlessly integrate and launch proctored sessions across any session type or just with a secure browser on assessment engines that cannot use the embedded approach to proctor assessments.Following are the updates:
Candidates can be verified through a unique signed link or by candidate entering the verification code in static page.
Candidates will attend the assessments in the same tab or in a new one based on the configuration of assessment delivery platform.
Attend assessment in a secure browser or other browsers with or without proctoring based on configuration.
Known issues:
Proview wrapper not loading properly with Secure Browser (TSB) – Issue in loading assessment
TSB enforcement is not mandatory and candidate is able to attend the assessment on normal browser if they click on cancel opening TSB
With the latest update, the candidates attending a proctored session will be able to provide feedback of the session after both AI proctoring, Record and Review proctoring, and Live proctored sessions. This feature enables us to better understand the candidate experience and identify areas for enhancement. In live proctored sessions, the candidate will also be able to provide feedback of the proctor, enabling proctor administrators to train and improve proctor quality.
To enhance and improve AI flag capturing, our AI model will now show confidence levels for all AI flags, which helps in determining if any review is required of a certain flag and also to help further improvements of the AI flag detection system.
With this update, our Proctoring system now features automated monitoring that analyzes screen grabs and camera grabs in real-time. This ensures proctors can effectively identify and understand potential issues or irregularities during candidate proctoring sessions.Known issues:
Proctors have the convenience of sifting through long chat transcripts by utilizing the search bar to find specific keywords. The search feature not only reveals the total number of times the keyword appears but also offers navigational arrows to hop between instances of the keyword, which is also emphasized within the chat.
Proctors now have the ability to use rich text in chat, allowing them to share bulleted lists, links, and apply formatting such as bold and italics. Only proctors can utilize rich text; this feature is not available to candidates.Note: The formatting of copied text may not always appear the same in the destination as it does in the source. The destination formatting will be the same as the source formatting if text has been copied over from a Word Doc, Notion, or Slack.
Record and Review sessions can now be reviewed from the new playback screen. Once a proctor has been assigned to review, they can add flags, reject flags and recalculate the Proview Index. The proctors can also manually override the index and once they are done with the review they can mark the session as ‘Reviewed’.
Enhanced Video Streaming: Start video streaming early
In our latest update, we’ve improved the video streaming functionality to capture crucial moments right from the start. Now, once hardware checks are completed, both screen grabs and primary camera videos are immediately recorded.
Reviewers can only assign new flags during the designated timeframe of the session. Selecting a time and date outside of this interval will result in an error message.Known issue: In a live session when the proctor is trying to add flags, the system will consider the scheduled start and end time of the event and not the start time when the candidate has joined the session.
Video auto-switching will only showcase streams that are configured for the account. For example, if a secondary camera is not configured for the account, the stream will not appear.Known issue: In the global settings all three streams are visible. If a stream that is not configured for the session is clicked, a no feed error will appear in the main view.
The new playback can now be accessed from the old playback app via the link provided. Note: This will be available only for V7+ sessions with Twilio video streaming and for all kinds of proctoring - R&R, Live Proctoring.
The chat conversations during a live proctored session have been synced to the unified timeline.Known issue in chat: The latest message shared by the attendee gets hidden behind the text field. The new message can be viewed by scrolling up.
Issue: The candidates were sorted with sequential numbers and were jumbled with every new candidate joining the live proctored session.
Solution: Sorting the candidates based on external ID, which is fixed to each candidate, avoids jumbling the candidate order during the live proctored session.
Layout alignment issues for post session video player
Issue: UI issue in post session view layout.
Solution: UI is fixed to align the designs.
Auth Error when opening LaunchNG
Issue: When proctors would click on LaunchNG an error page would appear which says Auth Error.
Solution: The necessary fix has been implemented and now the proctors can navigate to LaunchNG seamlessly.
Slider issue in alert timeline
Issue: The slider in the alert timeline would retain its position if the user switched to the event overview and came back to the playback video.
Solution: A fix has been implemented which would start the slider from the beginning of the timeline once the user exits the playback view.
Delay in showing screen grabs when navigating via serial numbers in the live view
Issue: When switching between different attendees by clicking on the serial numbers, the screengrabs would take time to load.
Solution: The necessary fix has been made to ensure the screengrabs load as soon as an attendee is switched.
Incorrect system information in Summary
Issue: The system information displayed under the Summary tab was inaccurate.
Solution: The necessary fix has been made to display the correct information under System Information.
Note:
This section will only display the last device the attendee used to complete their assessment.
Sessions taken on Windows 11 will erroneously show as 10 due to the shared kernel version.
Sessions taken on Windows 11 Edge will show as Chrome browser, because of the shared Chromium engine.
Pre-check data saving issue
Issue: Precheck data was not getting saved when face match log was disabled.
Solution: The required fix was made and now the precheck data gets saved irrespective of whether face verification is disabled or enabled.
