| System Delay in Booking | Sometimes the system takes a few minutes to sync with the payment gateway. Wait and check your email for confirmation. |
| Payment Confirmation Not Received | Check your inbox and spam/junk folders for payment or booking emails. Sometimes confirmations are delayed. |
| Attempted Duplicate Payment | Do not pay again immediately. This could lead to duplicate charges. Wait for support verification. |
| Transaction Not Reflected in System | Contact Talview support with your transaction ID, booking details, date/time of payment, and screenshots of payment success/error. |
| Refund or Slot Confirmation Pending | Talview support will either confirm your booking or initiate a refund. Monitor your email for updates. |
