The Candidates tab within a center allows administrators to view all candidates scheduled to take exams at that specific center. This view provides a consolidated list of candidates along with their exam details, seating allocation, accommodations, and current exam status.

Accessing the Candidates List

To view candidates assigned to a center:
  1. Navigate to the Centers section from the main dashboard.
  2. Select the center you want to manage from the centers list.
  3. Once inside the center page, click the Candidates tab.
The system will display a table containing all candidates scheduled for exams at that center.

Understanding the Candidates Table

Each row in the Candidates table represents a candidate scheduled for an exam. The table provides detailed information to help administrators track candidate activity and manage exam operations efficiently. The table includes the following columns:

CandidateDisplays the candidate’s name and registered email address.
External IDThe unique candidate identifier used in the system.
Registered ExamThe exam that the candidate is scheduled to take.
SlotThe scheduled exam start time.
DurationThe total duration of the exam session.
RoomThe room number where the candidate will take the exam.
SeatThe specific seat assigned to the candidate within the room.
AccommodationsIcons indicating any special accommodations assigned to the candidate.
StatusShows the current stage of the candidate’s exam session (for example: Invited, Active, Checked-in, Lobby, Seated, In Progress, Paused, Completed, Checked Out).
Registration DateThe date and time when the candidate registered for the exam.
Candidates are also grouped by exam date, making it easier to track sessions scheduled for different days.

Searching for a Candidate

You can quickly locate a candidate using the Search bar located at the top of the Candidates page. Search supports the following fields:
  • Candidate name
  • Email address
  • External ID
  • Exam name
The results update dynamically as you type.

Candidate Actions

Each candidate row includes a menu that provides operational actions such as:
  • Update Status
  • Cancel Booking
These actions allow administrators to manage candidate exam workflows directly from the candidates list.
