After a candidate completes an exam, administrators may need to upload the candidate’s result document so it can be recorded and referenced later. Center administrators can upload exam results directly from the candidate record in the Candidates tab. This article explains how to upload a candidate’s exam result and attach the supporting result document.

Before You Begin

Make sure that:
  • The candidate appears in the Candidates tab for the selected center.
  • The exam has already been conducted or completed.
  • The result document is available in a supported format such as PDF, CSV, or XLSX.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Candidates tab

Navigate to the Candidates tab within the center workflow. This section displays the list of candidates scheduled for exams at the center along with their exam status and booking details.

2. Locate the candidate

Scroll through the candidate list or use the available filters to find the specific candidate. Each row displays information such as candidate name, exam slot, and exam status.

3. Open the candidate action menu

On the right side of the candidate row, click the menu (⋯) to view the available actions.

4. Select the upload results option

From the action menu, click Upload results. This opens the Upload exam results panel.

5. Upload the result document

Click the document upload area or drag and drop the result file. Supported file formats include PDF, CSV, and XLSX.

6. Add remarks (optional)

In the Remarks field, enter any relevant notes related to the candidate’s result, such as evaluation comments or special conditions.

7. Review the uploaded file

Verify that the correct file has been uploaded and that the file name appears in the upload list.

8. Submit the result

Click Upload results to save the result document and attach it to the candidate’s record. Once uploaded, the result document becomes part of the candidate’s exam record and can be referenced later if required.

✅ Next steps

After uploading the candidate’s exam result, you may want to continue managing candidate records:
  • Update candidate status if the exam lifecycle has progressed.
  • Report incidents if irregularities occurred during the exam.
  • Review candidate bookings for upcoming exams.
  • Reschedule or cancel bookings if scheduling adjustments are required.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure the result file is in a supported format and within the allowed file size limit.
  • If an incorrect file is uploaded, remove it before submitting and upload the correct document.
  • Use the Remarks field to provide additional context about the candidate’s result.
  • Uploading a result document does not modify the candidate’s exam history or previously recorded exam data.
