When reviewing a session, any changes you make - acknowledging incidents, dismissing events, adjusting severity, or adding new events, are saved as staged changes and won’t be reflected in the session report until you submit your review. Recalculate Risk Index is the final step that commits all your changes and updates the report with the revised assessment.

Step-by-step guide

1. Complete your review actions Make sure you’ve finished reviewing all incidents and events in the session before proceeding. 2. Click the Recalculate Risk Index button Below the video player, click the circular Recalculate Risk Index button. When there are staged changes waiting to be submitted, the button will show a red dot. 3. Confirm the action A confirmation modal will appear. Review the following before proceeding:
  • All staged changes including modifications to incident severity, acknowledged or dismissed incidents, dismissed events, and manually added events or incidents, will be applied to the session summary report.
  • Click Recalculate to confirm and submit your review.
4. Check the updated outcome Click Back to Report in the top left to return to the session summary report and see the updated risk index reflecting your review.
Additional Tips
  • Staged changes are only visible to you until you submit. The session report will continue to show the original outcome until you click Recalculate Risk Index.
  • This action cannot be undone, make sure all your review actions are final before submitting.
