When reviewing a session, the video player gives you a visual overview of all incidents flagged during the session directly on the timeline. Each incident is color-coded by severity, so you can spot areas of concern at a glance before deciding where to focus your review.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open the video player On the session summary report, click Session Playback to open the video player. 2. Look at the timeline The timeline at the bottom of the player shows color-coded incident markers:
  • 🔴 Red - High severity
  • 🟠 Orange - Medium severity
  • 🟡 Yellow - Low severity
3. Interact with an incident marker
  • Hover over any incident marker to see a popup showing the incident name and all the individual events within it. Each event is plotted on a mini-timeline showing when it occurred within the incident window, so you can see at a glance how events were distributed across the incident.
  • The timeline also shows you where high, medium, and low severity incidents occurred throughout the session, giving you a quick sense of which parts of the recording need the most attention.
  • Click the marker to jump directly to that point in the recording.
Additional Tips
  • Use the color coding to prioritize which incidents to review first, start with red markers to address the most critical incidents before moving to orange and yellow.
  • If an incident has multiple events clustered closely together, click the incident marker on the timeline to jump to that moment and review the recording directly.
