When reviewing a session, reviewers can access short video clips automatically captured at the moment each incident occurred, showing exactly what the candidate was doing at that time. Being able to play these clips directly from the summary report saves proctors time by allowing them to assess flagged behavior without having to review the full session recording at once. In this article, you will learn how to play incident video clips and expand them to full screen for a closer look.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Locate the incident card.
    • Scroll to the contributing incidents section of the summary report and find the incident you want to review.
  2. Play the video clip.
    • Video clips are displayed at the bottom of the incident. Click the Play button to start the clip inline.
  3. Expand to full screen (optional).
    • Click the Full Screen button on the video player to expand the clip for a closer view. Click the same button again to minimize it.

Additional Tips
  • Review the incident card details alongside the video clip before taking any action. The summary, severity level, and event count provide important context for what you are watching.
  • If the video clip alone is not enough to make a confident decision, you can open the full session recording using the Session Playback button in the candidate header.
