Step-by-step guide
- Scroll to the Contributing Incidents section of the summary report.
- Find the incident card you want to review. Each card shows the severity level, event count, and a summary of the specific violations identified, including an explanation of why that severity score was assigned.
- Click Play on a clip to watch it inline. Clips are organized by stream. A clip only appears for streams where incidents were detected:
- Primary: candidate’s camera feed
- Secondary: candidate’s mobile feed
- Primary Device Screen: candidate’s screen
- Click the Maximize icon on a clip to open it in a larger view.
- Use the timeline below the video to navigate the clip. Click or drag anywhere on the timeline to jump to that point. Hover over any segment on the timeline to see all the events detected within that window.
- As the clip plays, watch for the overlay label in the bottom left of the video — it shows the name of the event detected at that moment. A red dot indicates the event was detected by the system. A blue dot indicates the event was added manually by a reviewer.
