| Registration window already in a transition state | If another user recently modified the registration window, it may still be syncing. Wait 1–2 minutes, refresh the page, and try closing again. |
| Insufficient permissions | OnlyMaster Recruiters, Workflow Owners, or Admins can close registration |
| Network disruption or timeout | A slow or unstable connection can cause the closure request to fail. Switch to a stable network or retry after reconnection. |
| Platform version or feature flag mismatch | Some environments require specific feature flags for registration actions. Contact Talview Support to verify flag status. |
| Browser cache issue | Hard refresh using Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R or try in **Chrome Incognito **mode. |
