Opening the registration side panel is critical for recruiters to configure the registration window, add rules, and activate the registration period. When clicking “Open Registration” does nothing and the side panel does not open, it blocks workflow registration setup and activation - causing delays in candidate registrations at the top of the funnel. Recent frontend updates not fully initialized for the userAfter a new release, outdated bundles may cause UI components like the side panel to fail.
Log out → close browser → log in again.
If multiple users report this, share console errors with Support.
Network blocks or slow loading of frontend scriptsVPN, proxy, or restrictive firewalls can block UI scripts required for loading the side panel.
Switch to a stable network, disable VPN temporarily, and ensure your Talview domain is whitelisted.
