The registration window may occasionally remain open even after you confirm the Close Registration action. This issue is most often caused by configuration conflicts or synchronization delays. This article covers the most common causes and how to quickly fix them.

Close registration once again if still visible.

Registration end date/time already in the futureEnsure the window’s end time is not preventing it from closing.
Update the end date to the current time and retry.
Permissions mismatchEnsure the user has the correct role to close registration. Update permissions if needed.
Incorrect system time on user deviceRare scenario where local system time conflicts with server time.
Sync your device time and retry.
