| User lacks permission to edit registration | Only Admin, Master Recruiter, and Workflow Owner can edit registration. Update role and re-login. |
| Workflow is in Closed or Draft state | Edit option is disabled when workflow is not in Open state. Change workflow status. |
| Registration has no active window | When no active window exists, “Edit Registration” is not relevant. Open the registration window first. |
| Browser UI conflict | Clear cache, refresh, or try Incognito mode; sometimes the button fails to render. |
