🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues
| Issue | How to Fix It |
|---|---|
| Workflow is in an invalid state (Draft/Closed) | The registration window can only be published when the workflow is Open. Check the workflow status in the list view. |
| User lacks permissions to open registration | Only users with Admin, Master Recruiter, or Workflow Owner access can publish registration. |
| Registration already exists or overlapping windows | If a registration window is already open or scheduled, the system will prevent creating another. Review existing windows and remove duplicates. |
| Feature flag disabled for the tenant | Some tenants have the feature controlled by a flag. Contact your Talview admin or Support to verify that the feature is enabled. |
| Browser cache or rendering error | Cached scripts may block the publish action. Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R), clear cookies, or try Chrome Incognito mode. |
| Network instability or timeout | A slow or unstable network may interrupt the publish action. Switch to a stable connection or retry after reconnecting. |
| Recent UI/Backend updates not fully initialized | Log out → close the browser → open againAfter releases, stale UI bundles may cause publishing failures. |
| Internal server or API issue | If the error persists across roles, networks, and browsers, the issue may be backend related. Capture console logs and contact Support. |
