Publishing the registration window is a key step that allows candidates to begin applying or entering the workflow. When recruiters click “Open Registration” and the system shows an error message or fails to publish the registration window, it blocks the workflow from going live and delays the hiring or assessment process. This diagnostic article outlines the most common reasons why registration fails to publish and provides clear, actionable fixes.

Browser cache or rendering errorCached scripts may block the publish action.
Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R), clear cookies, or try Chrome Incognito mode.
Network instability or timeoutA slow or unstable network may interrupt the publish action.
Switch to a stable connection or retry after reconnecting.
Recent UI/Backend updates not fully initializedLog out → close the browser → open again
After releases, stale UI bundles may cause publishing failures.

  • After making corrections, wait 30–60 seconds and retry publishing.
  • When raising a Support ticket, include: Workflow Name, Registration Window Details, User Role, Browser Type, Timestamp, Screenshot, and Console Logs.
  • Maintain a backup workflow during high-volume drives to avoid delays if the main workflow encounters configuration errors.
