🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

| Form builder changes not saved or published | If the form was edited but not saved or published, the preview may show a blank screen or fail to render. |
| User does not have permission to view or edit the registration form | Only users with Master Recruiter, Workflow Owner, or Collaborator roles can preview registration forms. |
| Browser cache or rendering issue | Form preview relies on dynamic UI components. If they fail to load: • Hard refresh using Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R• Clear cache and cookies • Reset zoom to 80–100% • Try Chrome Incognito mode |
| Network or script loading issues | If VPN, proxy, or restrictive firewalls block preview scripts, the form will not load. Switch to an open network, disable VPN temporarily, and ensure your Talview domain is whitelisted. |
| Platform synchronization delay | After editing the registration configuration, it may take 1–2 minutes for the preview to reflect updated fields. Wait briefly and retry. If still loading incorrectly, refresh or test from another browser. |
