Talview’s Workflow Tools Platform enables recruiters and hiring teams to efficiently track candidates throughout the screening, assessment, and interview stages — all within a unified workspace that streamlines hiring operations and enhances decision-making. This article explains how to monitor candidate progress, review application details, and access interview evaluations at every stage of the workflow.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the workflow

  • Log in as a Recruiter.
  • Select the desired workflow to access and manage candidates across its interview steps.

2. Track candidates in each interview step

Inside the workflow,
  • Within the selected workflow:
    • Click the All tab to view every candidate in the workflow.
    • Select specific steps such as Screening, Video Interview, or Technical Interview to focus on candidates at each stage.

a. Screening Step

  • Click on a candidate’s name or email to open their interview details.
  • In the Application Details side panel:
    • Go to the Overview tab to view registration details, uploaded resume, and other associated workflows.
    • Switch to the Form tab to review the candidate’s registration form.

b. Video Interview Step

  • Click a candidate’s name or email to access their video interview details.
  • In the Assessment Details side panel:
    • Overview: View the candidate’s assessment summary, interview details, and responses.
    • Form: Review the submitted registration form.
    • Score: Check the total score and Proctoring Index.
    • Evaluation: View evaluators’ feedback or ratings.
    • Call History: Review communication logs with the candidate.

c. Technical Interview Step

  • Click on a candidate’s name to explore their technical interview schedule.
  • In the Assessment Details side panel:
    • Under Overview, click View Recording to access completed interview sessions.
    • Go to the Form tab to review or update candidate responses.
    • Open the Evaluation tab to review evaluator feedback and final decisions.
