🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues
| Issue | How to Fix It |
|---|---|
| Registration already expired or closed | If the window has already ended, “Close Registration” will not be present. |
| User does not have permissions | Only Admin, Master Recruiter, or Workflow Owner can close registration. Update role and re-login. |
| Workflow is in Draft or Closed state | Close Registration is available only when the workflow is Open. Adjust workflow status. |
| No active registration window | If the window was deleted or corrupted, the button will not appear. Create a new window if required. |
| UI rendering issue | Hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R), reset zoom to 100%, or try Incognito mode. |
| Network delay impacting UI load | Wait a few seconds; sometimes the button appears after the footer fully loads. |
