Registration duration options (days, weeks) provide flexibility when setting the registration window. When these options become invisible or unselectable, recruiters cannot configure the correct duration - delaying workflow activation.

🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

Workflow state does not allow editing registration durationDuration options appear only when the workflow is in Open status. Switch workflow to Open and retry.
Missing start or end time causes duration options to collapseEnsure both From Date and To Date are present.
Incorrect or blank fields hide duration presets.
Registration type set to “Manual” onlyIf tenant configuration uses manual-only setup, presets may be disabled.
Contact your Talview admin to enable dynamic duration.
User does not have required permissionsDuration editing is restricted to Admin, Master Recruiter, and Workflow Owner.
Update permissions and refresh.
Browser rendering issueClear cache, refresh with Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R, or try Chrome Incognito mode.
Feature flag disabledSome setups require the Registration Window Enhancements flag to enable duration presets.
