Quick System Check (Recommended)
Internet Connection Check
Before your exam, verify that your internet connection is stable and meets the required speed for proctored sessions.
-
Speed Test:
Run a quick test at Talview Speed Test to ensure a minimum speed of 5 Mbps for both download and upload.
Tip: A wired Ethernet connection provides better stability than Wi-Fi.
Camera and Microphone Test
Your device must have a working camera and microphone for identity verification and continuous monitoring during the test.
-
Hardware Check:
Visit Talview Video Diagnostics to confirm your camera, microphone, and system audio are functioning properly.
Ensure you allow all browser permission prompts for camera and microphone access.
Run Diagnostics
Launch Secure browser and run Diagnostics to check if any restricted applications are open. If you see the warning for applications being open, follow the instructions on screen and close the applications. This ensures smooth experience when attending the session in Secure Browser.
