How to Install the Secure Browser
- Download the official Talview Secure Browser from Windows Store.
- Right-click the downloaded installer β select βRun as Administrator.β
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
- Once installed, the Talview Secure Browser icon will appear on your Desktop or Start Menu.
- Launch the Secure Browser and allow any permission prompts for Camera, Microphone, and Screen Recording.
- Open your assessment link (from your email) within the Secure Browser to start the test.
If your device is organization-managed, coordinate with your IT team to allow installation and permissions.Admin privileges are required to install or auto-update the Secure Browser.
Granting Device Permissions (Windows)
- The Secure Browser requires permission to access Camera, Microphone, and Screen Recording.
Failure to grant permissions will prevent exams from launching successfully.
