Step-by-step Guide
- During a Live Interview, locate the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click Profile to open the candidate’s full profile panel.
1. View details
- Click Details to view the candidate’s basic information, such as name, email address, and candidate ID.
- These details help confirm the candidate’s identity during the session.
2. Verify candidate identity
- Select the Verification tab to view face authentication data.
- Here, interviewers can compare the live video feed or current image with the base image captured from the first assessment attempt or one sourced from an upstream system
- This ensures the candidate appearing in the interview matches their registered identity.
3. Environment Check
- Click on Environment Check tab to view candidate’s captured images of their test environment.
- This helps confirm that the candidate is in a fair and distraction-free environment, maintaining test integrity and compliance.
