Video Guide
1. Open the Candidate’s Profile
- During the Live Interview, click Profile (top-right corner of the screen).
- The candidate details panel will open on the right side of the interface.
- This panel contains Details, Verification, and Environment Check tabs.
2. Click on the Verification Tab
- Under Profile, select the Verification tab.
- This section displays authentication attempts recorded during the session.
- If the candidate’s face was not detected: The verification status will show a red “Failed” label in the top-right corner of the panel.
This indicates authentication failure due to face detection issues.
3. Review the Failed Verification Entry
Within the Verification tab:- You will see a timeline of captured images with timestamps.
- The specific entry corresponding to the failed attempt will be marked Failed.
- A thumbnail image is displayed for review
- You can click on the thumbnail to:
- View the captured frame.
- Understand why the detection failed (e.g., candidate moved out of frame, face not visible, obstruction, lightning issues).
Recommended Action for Interviewers
If you see a Failed verification status:- Inform the candidate that their face is not clearly visible.
- Ask them to adjust their seating position or camera angle.
- Ensure proper lighting and full face visibility.
- Proceed once visibility is restored.
What Does “Failed” Mean?
A Failed status in the Verification tab typically means:- The candidate moved out of the camera frame
- The face was partially visible
- Lighting prevented proper detection
- The camera view was obstructed
