Step 1: Receive and Confirm Interview Details
- Check the interview date, time, and time zone in your invitation.
- Locate the Live interview link shared via email.
Step 2: Prepare Your Mobile Device

| Camera & Microphone | Grant camera and mic permissions when prompted by the app. |

| Notifications | Turn off notifications or enable Do Not Disturb mode during the session. |
| Battery | Keep your device fully charged or connected to a power source. |
| Background Apps | Close unnecessary apps to optimize performance and bandwidth. |
Step 3: Join the Interview
- Tap the Live Interview link directly from your invitation , you’ll be taken straight to the session without needing to log in separately.
- Tap Join Interview from the session page.
- Allow necessary permissions (camera, microphone, and screen, if prompted).
Step 4: Use Evaluator Tools on Mobile
Once inside the Interview , you can access all essential evaluator tools with a simplified mobile layout:- Candidate View: Observe the candidate’s video and screen activity.
- Notes Panel: Record feedback and observations directly within the app.
- Chat Feature: Use the built-in chat to communicate with support or co-evaluators.
- Session Controls: Mute/unmute audio or end the session from the bottom toolbar.
Evaluator Checklist Before Joining
- Confirm the interview schedule (date, time, and time zone).
- Test internet speed and confirm camera/mic access.
- Complete a quick audio and video test before entering the room.
- Close background apps to prevent lag.
