Fixing Inverted or Sideways Camera View in a Proctored Session
If your camera view appears upside down or sideways during a proctored session, follow the steps below to fix it:
Why This Happens:
| Reason | What it Means |

| Outdate or wrong camera driver | Your computer may be using a camera driver that doesn’t work well with the webcam. |
| Camera settings changed after an update | A recent update might have changed how the camera behaves. |
| No camera rotation setting | Some webcams don’t tell the computer how they are placed, so the image looks wrong. |
| External camera is tilted | If you’re using an external webcam, it might be physically turned or placed wrongly. |

How To Fix:
