Step-by-Step Guide
- From the dashboard, open the Exams list view.
- Locate the exam row for the exam containing the candidate’s enrollment.
- Click the exam row to open the exam details screen.
- Click the Enrollments tab to view candidate rows.
- Locate the candidate row you want to cancel.
- Click the ellipsis (more actions) on the candidate row and select Cancel booking to cancel the entire enrollment.
- Open the assessment tab for the specific step (for example, Reading & Listening or Speaking).
- Locate the candidate time slot for that assessment step.
- Click on the candidate time slot
- Locate the candidate name
- Click on the ellipsis (more actions) on the candidate’s row in the step tab and select Cancel booking to cancel only that step.
- Verify the candidate’s enrollment or step status updates (for example, to Canceled) in the Enrollments or assessment tab.
- Confirm any center assignments or capacity counters reflect the cancellation.
