In this article, you will view candidate session data, scores, sub-skill results, and integrity outcomes for each assessment step.

4. Understand score formats
  • The Score column adjusts automatically based on the assessment scoring method.
  • Examples include:
    • Numeric score: shown as score / total (example: 78 / 100)
    • Grade: shown as a grade (example: A, B+)
    • Other scoring formats: displayed as provided by the assessment engine
  • If no score is available, the table displays ‘—’.
5. Identify sessions that may need review
  • Sessions are grouped by completion date, with the newest sessions shown first.
  • Within each date group, sessions appear in this priority order:
    • Needs Review
    • Low
    • High
    • No outcome available
  • This helps you quickly spot sessions that may require attention.
6. Filter or sort the results
  • You can narrow down the table using filters.
  • Available filters include:
    • Status — Invited, In-progress, Completed, Absent, Suspended
    • Integrity Outcome — Needs Review, Low, High
    • Score range — set a minimum and maximum score
    • Invited by — search for the coordinator who invited the candidate
  • You can also sort results by:
    • Score (ascending or descending)
    • Integrity Outcome (alphabetical order)
  • The table updates automatically when filters are applied.
7. Review a candidate’s session report
  • Find the candidate in the table.
  • Click Review in that row.
  • This opens the session summary report for that candidate’s attempt.
Additional Tips
  • Sessions are grouped by completion date so you can review the most recent activity first.
  • If no sessions exist for an assessment, the table shows a message indicating that no sessions are available.
  • If filters return no results, an empty state message appears so you can adjust or clear the filters.
  • Large candidate lists may load using pagination or scrolling.
  • All timestamps are shown in your local time zone.
