The Enrollments tab allows coordinators to view all candidates associated with a specific exam. It provides visibility into candidate progress, including their enrollment status, registration details, and assigned centers. In this article, you will learn how to access and understand the Enrollments tab for an exam.

Accessing Candidate Enrollments

In the Exams List, select an exam to open its details. The Enrollments tab opens by default, where all candidate-related information is displayed.

Understanding the Enrollments Screen

The enrollments are displayed in a table format, with each row representing a candidate. Key Columns Explained
  • Candidate Name Displays the candidate’s name along with their registered email ID.
  • Accommodations Indicates if any special accommodations have been assigned to the candidate. If none are provided, this field may appear as “-”.
  • Enrollment Status Shows the current stage of the candidate in the enrollment process.
  • Registration Date Displays the date and time when the candidate registered for the exam.
  • Result Shows the candidate’s result status. This may remain empty (“-”) if the exam has not yet been completed or evaluated.
  • Center Indicates the exam center assigned to the candidate. If not yet assigned, this field may appear as “-”.
  • More Options (⋮) Provides additional actions related to the candidate.

Enrollment Status Types

The Enrollment Status column helps track where a candidate stands in the process. Available Status Indicator
  • Invited The candidate has been invited to take the exam but has not yet completed the registration or enrollment process.

Top Bar Features

  • Search Bar Allows you to quickly find candidates by name or email.
  • Filter Option Helps refine the list based on available criteria.
The Enrollments screen provides a clear overview of all candidates linked to an exam, along with their current status and key details. This helps coordinators monitor participation and track candidate progress efficiently.
