The Exams List screen in the Coordinator Console provides a centralized view of all exams created within the system. It helps coordinators quickly monitor exam details and track their status efficiently. In this article, you can understand in detail about viewing your exams in the coordinator console.

Accessing the Exams List

Once you log in to the Coordinator Console, navigate to the Exams section from the main menu, you can then access the exams list screen displaying all available exams.

Understanding the Exams List Screen

The list is displayed in a tabular format with multiple columns, each representing key information about an exam. Key Columns Explained
  • Exam Displays the name of the exam. This is the primary identifier used by coordinators.
  • Course Shows the associated course for the exam.
  • Status Shows the current state of the exam. In the current view, exams are marked as Active, indicating they are available in the system.
  • Created on Displays the exact date and time when the exam was created. This helps track timelines and activity.

Status Types

Each exam is assigned a status that reflects its current stage in the lifecycle.
  • Active The exam is currently live and accessible to candidates.
  • Scheduled The exam is planned for a future date and will go live at the scheduled time.
  • Inactive / Draft The exam has been created but is not yet available to candidates.
  • Completed The exam has finished, and candidate participation is no longer possible.

Top Bar Features

At the top of the screen:
  • Search Bar Allows you to quickly search for specific exams.
  • Filter Option Enables you to refine the exams list based on available criteria.
  • Add Exam (+) Allows you to create a new exam directly from this screen.

Pagination & Navigation

At the bottom of the screen:
  • Page Navigation Allows you to move between multiple pages of exams.
  • Rows per Page Displays the number of exams shown per page (e.g., 50), which can be adjusted.

Best Practices for Coordinators
  • Regularly check the Status column to monitor active exams.
  • Use the Search Bar to quickly locate specific exams.
  • Adjust rows per page for easier navigation when handling large volumes of exams.
