The Centers tab in the Coordinator Console shows all centers assigned to an exam. In this article, you will learn how to filter centers in the Coordinator Console.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:
  • Coordinator role access on your Talview account.
  • An active exam with at least one center assigned to it.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the exam from the Exams list From the Coordinator Console, navigate to the Exams section using the left sidebar. Click on the exam whose centers you want to filter. 2. Go to the Centers tab Inside the exam, click the Centers tab. This displays all centers assigned to the exam in a table with the following columns:
  • Center - the center name and center code.
  • Step - the assessment step the center is assigned to (e.g., Listening, Reading & Writing, Speaking).
  • Status - the current status of the center (e.g., Active).
  • Location - the center’s physical address, displayed as a clickable link.
  • Contact - the name and email address of the center contact person.
  • Capacity - the number of seats available at the center for this exam.
  • Next 14 days distribution - a visual bar showing booking distribution across the next 14 days.
3. Click the filter icon In the top-right area of the Centers tab, click the filter icon (next to the Search bar). A Filters dropdown opens with the following options:
  • Center status - filter by the current status of the center (e.g., Active).
  • Location - filter by the center’s physical location.
  • Capacity - filter by the number of seats available at the center.
4. Select a filter Click on the filter you want to apply. Depending on the filter type, a set of options or an input field will appear. Select or enter your criteria to apply the filter. Use the search bar at the top of the Filters dropdown to quickly find a specific filter option. 5. Review the filtered results The Centers table updates to show only the centers that match your selected filters. You can apply multiple filters at the same time to further narrow down the results. 6. Clear the filters To remove the filters and return to the full centers list, click the filter icon again and clear your selections.
Additional Tips
  • Use the Location filter to quickly find centers in a specific city or area, particularly useful when managing large exams spread across multiple regions.
  • The Capacity filter helps you identify centers with sufficient seating before assigning additional candidates or creating new schedule slots.
  • Use the Search bar alongside filters for more precise results - for example, search for a center by name while filtering by status.
  • Click Export to download the filtered centers list for offline reference or reporting.
