The Centers tab allows coordinators to view all exam centers configured for a specific exam. It provides details about each center’s location, capacity, and availability, helping coordinators understand where the exam can be conducted. In this article, you can understand in detail about configuring a center for an exam.

Accessing Centers for an Exam

From the Exams List, select an exam and navigate to the Centers tab. This screen displays all centers currently mapped to that exam.

Understanding the Centers Screen

The centers are displayed in a list view, with each row representing a center assigned to the exam. Key Columns Explained
  • Center Displays the name of the test center along with its identifier.
  • Status Indicates the current state of the center.
    • In the current view, centers are shown as Active, meaning they are available for use in the exam.
  • Location Shows the physical location of the center.
  • Contact Displays the contact person associated with the center, along with their email.
  • Capacity Indicates the number of candidates that can be accommodated at the center.
  • Next 14 days Provides a visual representation of booking or availability trends for the upcoming 14 days.
  • Remove (Delete Icon) Allows you to remove the center from this exam configuration.(This does not delete the center entirely, only removes it from the current exam.)

Top Bar Features

  • Search Bar Allows you to quickly search for specific centers.
  • Filter Option Helps refine the list of centers based on available criteria.
  • Add Center (+) Allows you to add existing centers to the exam configuration.
The Centers screen provides a clear overview of all locations where an exam can be conducted. It helps coordinators manage center availability, monitor capacity, and ensure the right centers are configured for the exam.
