This article outlines the standard process candidates experience post-assessment submission, ensuring transparency on confirmation, results, and next steps.

Submission Confirmation

Upon submitting your assessment, the Talview platform immediately displays a confirmation screen, verifying that your responses have been successfully recorded and sent to the evaluators. If no confirmation appears due to technical issues, contact your recruiter or Talview support immediately to verify status.

Results Processing

The hiring team or exam organizer will review your submission, and they may share an overall update or outcome with you if their process allows it. If you’d like feedback, reach out to your recruiter or the contact person who invited you to take the assessment.

Response Access

Your assessment responses remain securely stored and are not provided to candidates; only aggregated performance insights may be shared through your recruiter. For feedback, reach out to the hiring team post-evaluation.

Next Steps and Communication

Monitor your email for updates on interview scheduling or status notifications. Recruiters handle all follow-ups, so ensure your contact details are correct. If no communication arrives within the expected timeline, politely follow up with your point of contact.

Additional Tips:

  • Keep an eye on your email (including spam/junk) for any communication from the recruiter or exam organizer after your assessment.
  • Do not uninstall the Talview app or clear important browser data until your process is complete, in case a retake or additional verification is requested.
  • Make a note of the date and time you completed the assessment so you can reference it when following up with the recruiter.
  • If you faced technical issues during the test, document them (screenshots, error messages, time of occurrence) and share them promptly with your recruiter or support.
  • Avoid discussing specific questions or test content publicly or with other candidates, as this may violate the assessment’s integrity and terms.
